DRIVECENTRIC launches New Sales and Customer Support Office in St. Louis, Missouri, November 15, 2022—DriveCentric, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Conversational Engagement Tools, is pleased to announce the official opening of its North American sales and support office in St. Louis, Missouri. 

The new office will be of large benefit to their dealer partners, as it will allow DriveCentric’s Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to quickly and efficiently communicate with one another in both a support capacity and in anticipation of their partners’ needs. Additionally, the new space will be utilized as a training facility for dealers to better leverage DriveCentric’s tools, ultimately selling more vehicles.

“The pandemic helped highlight the resilience our CSM teams had in being able to assist our customers from a remote workspace, with little to no help. Now that we are back together, we are stronger than ever. It’s refreshing to be able to bond and work with our teams again face-to-face,” says Kody Bradford, Director of Customer Success.
