On-the-Go and In-the-Know: The Power of a Mobile CRM DriveCentric's
Recreational Vehicles (RVs) are a travel and tourism industry staple. Still, over the past two years, the industry has experienced drastic market changes that could, in turn, impact its overall growth. While the industry has been full of its highs and lows, this past week's RV Dealers Association Convention/ Expo clarified that the RV retail industry is not only here to stay but is the most exciting it’s ever been.!
Bringing new ideas regarding fulfillment, current market trends (such as permanent RV living and RV sharing solutions), and new industry-specific technology to the table, RVDA was quite the event. Opening up the expo floor on the evening of November 8th, attendees were welcomed by new and recognizable faces, such as that of DriveCentric.
With DriveCentric being the exciting new addition to the 2022 RVDA expo, the booth was consistently full of curiosity and questions regarding their CRM solutions for the RV space. Despite the typical lack of technology previously created for RV dealerships, DriveCentric is changing the game with proven cases from RV stores they currently work with, such as Johnson RV and Bob Hurley RV. Bringing new solutions to these dealers for technicalities they have struggled with in the past, much of the excitement circled around being the only CRM that can pull the make and model of an RV from their stores' digital inventory, compared to what would typically be the chassis. Additionally, the CRM offers a seamless Engagement Hub with features such as live rooms and video built from within, allowing dealers more options to reach buyers who might be out of state. Demoing of their new product, DirectChat, was a significant topic of interest for its ability to answer curious customers' questions and quickly convert them into a lead directly from a website into the CRM with no push needed.
Beyond the showroom, there was a vast focus on education that was relevant and applicable to different business models at this year's RVDA. Hosting 50+ actionable sessions over the course of 5 days, it goes without saying there was something for everyone. Similarly, the event offered several networking opportunities for dealers and their business partners.
This show made clear that there is tremendous growth opportunity available to the RV market today and for the foreseeable future. The future of RV retail is bright, and as an exhibitor at the show, we are lucky to be part of it!
